Back By Popular Complaints

So anyway, I guess that I should really update, the reason that I stopped was bc i got back with askmadden, and I was also just Annoyed by no commenting, so i waited until there were suffecient comments to write a return post.
Well this week has been very eventful. I disected a pig fetus in bio lab. It was very interesting, and I was told by my TA that I should go to med school to become a surgeon, because i had the "best disection that (she's) seen ever" It made my face red.
Rugby practices started back up, which are more of an annoyance, but since i've been lifting before them, I feel like I accomplish something. Today we had to do over 200 pushups- not all at once, but still. After doing like 100 my arms were dead, but I was doing better than most the guys on the team were.
Well I hope that all is well and if you wish for me to continue posting, (like wingnight) Comment on what you would like me to write about, and just plain out comment.

Can't sleep

As you can tell by the title of this post, i cant sleep. I have no idea why, bc i am tired and i do need to wake up relatively soon [6hrs] but for some reason at 10pm i was more tired than i am now. Its really stupid. my sleeping schedule is really fucked up which i definately need to correct before i start finals or else i will surely be doomed.

on a side note, Chris was jumping up in the bathroom and hit his head on the ceiling before, cracking a ceiling tile and showering us with dust. quite funny.

I guess can accredit my lack of sleep to my thoughts, i think too much. About everything. You name it I probably have thought about it at one time or another. But right now there is only one thing on my mind, and even though i saw her on sunday, i miss her already.

Sometimes i wonder why people must suffer

Hello all. I hope everyone in the NYS area enjoyed the wonderful snowfall that happened today. Up here in Albany we got about 2 inches or so that stuck. This weekend was very interesting. Especially Sat. I originally thought that my weekend would be ruined by having to watch my little brother, but thanks to some quick thinking on my mom's part, he was sleeping over his friends house instead of me being under sibling house arrest.
So continuing on I arrived home around 5pm or so which was just enough time to make Liz's party at a fashionably late time of 6pm after i had to iron my clothes, shower, and get my mode of transportation [my grandfathers 1984 Delta Oldsmobile, a massive boat of a car]. So i got myself prepared and headed off. Surprising everyone with my fashion (hence the reason i was fashionably late). Everyone looked snazzy with their eveningwear, ;) very sharp, if i do say so myself.
The weirdest thing happened after i had come back from my grandparents house where i took care of a dog: I took a puff of my inhaler (nothing new) felt lightheaded and then passed out, like i fell back in the middle of the road, and hit my head and everything. It was such a weird feeling, it initially felt like a dream and then my head started to hurt. Luckily no cars were driving on her road, and noone was around to see me. I felt better later that night when i got back into the swing of things, and was completely myself about an hour later, with no problems. The night was very fun, with Fondue for everyone and smiles and music all around.
Then Sunday Liz and I went for a short hike and then later that night i bailed out on church to spend 45 more minutes with her before I left.
And TODAY IT SNOWED!!!
p.s. good luck to all with the upcoming finals

Shiver Me Timbers

Why hello there everyone. Hopefully everyone is doing well since I last updated, I sure know that you have aged. Well as most everyone who attends college I had this Thanksgiving break off. But I started it early, not attending classes on mon or Tuesday. But it was exciting starting the previous Friday, with a trip to the TURNING STONE casino. Much MUCH Fun. It was really cool. Steve came up with Adam’s car and those two plus Kevin Talgo and myself took off for an evening full of hope and ambition. We each had our own individual adventure, with Kevin and myself returning with more money than we left with ;) blackjack

Then Sat. I had another day to add to my wonderful vacation. I went with my cousin Jay to Poughkeepsie, for a FIGHT NIGHT!!! It was soo awesome. It was an ultimate testosterone fest. There are few things more manly than drinking beer and watching people duke it out in a ring. It was HARDCORE. There were only 2 fights that I didn’t enjoy, a female fight, and the final fight of the night with two amateurs. But besides that, it was an amazing night.

Sun. I took the bus home which was pretty cool, because I was driven there by a cabbie who kept calling me “brotha man” it was funny. And then on the ride home I played ROME TOTAL WAR which of course is the best game in the world.

Monday was alright, but just a passing day, from what I recall. Tuesday was really good though. Liz took me to go see a play called “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” It was excellent, and I enjoyed it very much (thanks again babe).

Thursday of course was Thanksgiving. I hope everyone had a wonderful time and has many things to be thankful about, because I am thankful for many things, Especially all the people in my life who are important to me and all those who have had an impact on my life at one point or another.

Then Friday I went shopping with my mother and scott at 5:30am and got my Christmas present, a black suit. I like suits, and im soo happy that im gonna get one. Then Liz and myself went up to my grandma’s house and picked up sticks.
Sat. I saw THE INCREDIBLES with scott and Liz, and saw Steve and Jenny at the mall. Which was a pleasant surprise.

Then Sunday I arrived back up here late in the evening, after shopping with Liz, Her mother, her brother, and Val. Which was quite fun and entertaining. Well, Everyone enjoy their week.

I'm an Aquarius.

Well hello there everyone. Hope everything went well this weekend, if you were in the play, you know it did. Excellent job, it was an awesome production. I attended all three performances, and I can say that all three of them were very entertaining. Good job to all the people who had lead parts: (alphabetically) Ally, Billy, Joefi, Johnny Mac, Liz, Nici Pags, Ricky, and Ruthie. And Congratulations to all that were involved with the show in any way.

Besides seeing the play this weekend, I also saw a movie which is probably, as I see it, THE BEST MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! That movie would be POLAR EXPRESS it was phenomenal. I recommend that everyone, stop what you are doing….
1. Go to the nearest vehicle (if it’s yours skip the next two steps)
2. Break in
3. Hot wire it
4. Drive to the nearest theater
5. Purchase tickets/muscle your way into the movie
6. ENJOY!!!
7. Avoid getting arrested, because WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN!?!?!?!?!

Well in other events I had a very exciting dream the other day, which I will now share with you:
Chris, my roommate, and myself were just wandering around, when we found this wall. We climbed up it, only to discover that it is the beginning of the Great Wall of China! So seeing as it is such a popular and unique spot, I ask Chris to take a picture of me with the camera he is holding. But he won’t, he wants to take a picture of some hill out in the distance, which is really stupid, all it has on it is grass. I look at the camera, a mainly white disposable from A&P and see that it has my name on it, and Chris refuses to give it to me. So then I run a little down the wall, and upon my return Chris morphs into Joefi. So Joefi and myself go off running through a parking lot, because we’re cool like that. And Johnny Mac, is at the end of the Parking Lot, at the top of this hill, and he goes, “Come this way” So we slide down the hill, consisting mainly of gravel, which is wicked awesome, only to come to a large lake. We look around, and Liz is already down there and says, “What took you guys so long?” We then proceeded to walk around the lake, and some spooky old lady comes up to us and tells us to, “be wary of the lake, for a pirate buried his treasure in it” -----Now I know what you are thinking, “What sorta stupid ass pirate buries treasure in a LAKE????” just remember that this is a dream and not reality, and it will seem really really cool. Anywho the group walks around the lake and we come upon a few row boats with outboard motors, which we think belong to the pirate so we leave them alone. We see a fury of bubbles rising from the lake, and we assume that that is where the buried treasure is, because everyone knows that treasure needs air to breathe. And so my story was concluded because it just cut scenes to a different situation.

So in closing to Joefi, Tell NYU that you are a treasure hunter and I’m sure that you will have no problems getting in. Goodnight.

Sorry i havent posted as i should

Ok so this is why i havent posted in a while: I had a post that i created for ASKMADDEN but the stupid blogger system deleted it bc of an error that occured. so here goes my post

This weekend was quite interesting. Darin stayed until saturday morning and we went out friday night to Bogies. It was probably one of the most fun nights that i have spent out since ive gone to college. It was very fun, and we (Kevin, Darin, Andrew, and myself) enjoyed probably the best drink known to man... it tasted like a combination of Ocean Spray's Cranapple and Snapple Apple. It was Madd good. We went out at around 5pm (the start of happy hour) and a lot of people left at a little after 10pm(the end of happy hour). By the end of the night almost all my rugby team had showed up as well. It was really cool. I then stayed up until about 3am after going into my friend, Dave's room to watch "Bowling for Columbine".

Saturday was really fun... I went exploring in downtown bc since i have been here i havent seen "the egg" or any of the government buildings, so i decided to go down there and take a look. Since none of my friends were willing to make the trek i grabbed my cd player and a bottle of water and headed to the busstop. I spent about 4-5 hours just walking around and sitting in parks and such. It was really fun. I enjoy it a lot better than just sitting in my room and doing nothing. It was quite entertaining. I sat in this one park where i watched a doggie chase squirrels for almost an hour. Then going on to the night. Dave comes into my room drunk and asks, "Do you guys wanna do something? Watch a movie? Order some pizza?" I died laughing. it was soo funny. So adam and i watch family guy with dave in his room for a while. Then Dave passed out on his bed, so adam and i left, covering him with his jacket before we left. Then 2 hours later at 4am his roommate rob comes in and i see him in the hallway, so i had to go outside and kick my rugby ball around with him, and then we ate some food and chatted. I didnt get to go to bed till after 5:30am I really need to stop that.

On to today, i wake up at 2:30pm and then at 3:30 i hop on a bus, go downtown and walk around for about an hour ------> I like going downtown :) so then i come back and eat with kevin, watch some penn and teller. Talk to the girl of my dreams for a good 2hrs. And then Watched some more penn adn teller here, now im watching the History Channel about Alexander the great. I love the history channel.

p.s. I can't wait to go home on friday.. After my goddamn Chemistry test

Man of my word

OK as I promised everyother post will be here. Tonight was the most uneventful thurs. night in a while. For those of you who don't know, in college it's called, "Thirsty Thursdays" and usually I attend a bar called "Bogies" for they have a $10 all-you-can-drink night on thurs. but tonight apparently the liquor police were out and so noone was taking fake id's or chalks, except one place that got packed. It was ridiculous, Kevin and myself gave up on going out, and decided to go home. And from what I over heard one of the Bars got Raided and confiscated IDs which is really stupid bc if they didnt take any college students they wouldnt get any business. So i ended up cold, wet, and angry. But on the plus side Kevin and I had some good discussions and had some pizza instead of liquor. Oh well, We'll have to hang out with Darin who is up from Merchant Marine tommorrow. It has to be better than tonight.
